Working from home at various work stations (i.e. desk, kitchen table, outside) is not always the greatest for the neck and upper back. Throw in an attempt to get back into running, jumping rope and everyday life struggles and the knots pile up. Adrienne is able to get those to relax and get my range of motion back.
